Join a group of Femme people in a journey of embracing our bodies, our stories, our power, our mystery and our bliss!

About this Event

Join a group of femme identifying people in an online circle to explore movement, emotional release work, naked yoga, breathwork, sacred self touch/pleasure/masterbation, healing and loving ourselves fully while supporting and adding to the feminine energy in the container.

What this group is:

-a place for your feminine energy to be nourished

-a place of exploration, inclusion, transparency, self respect and self love

-a place to try something new or learn something new

-a place to support and uplift other femmes

-s*x, body and nudity positive

How do I know this will be JUST for FEMMES?

-We will have a camera ON policy for the first 5-15mins of class and each person will be asked to share just a bit about their intentions for the workshop. After the group shares, we will close the group 15mins after start time to preserve the intentional container. If you are late, you will not be let in.

-This group is inclusive and LGBTQIA friendly, so femme identifying does NOT mean everyone in the group will have a vulva. If this is problematic/uncomfortable for you, this isn't the group for you.

-This is a contract of integrity. You won't be kicked out of the group for what your genitals look like, but you could be if you are disrespecting someone else or the group.

Do I have to be naked?

Nope!

You can be completely clothed for the whole class, dress to your comfort level and can also choose to be naked and turn off your camera after the beginning check ins. You can also get naked, see how you feel, decide you actually feel more JOY with your clothes on and put them back on! You do you, love!

The only thing you need to be is comfortable with someone else in the group possibly choosing to be nude.

Do I have to self pleasure and actually touch my genitals?

No way! Rule number one: Only do what you want to do and what brings you JOY for as long as it brings you JOY.

This workshop is actually about shifting our perspective that genitals even need to be a part of a self pleasure journey. Maybe sometimes they are, maybe sometimes they aren't! There are SO many ways to embrace PLEASURE, vitality, and creative erotic exploration without the genitals even being a part of the practice. I may guide the group that is choosing to touch their genitals into some anatomy cues---but this doesn't mean you have to follow along this part of the class.
